Booking Fee
To secure your booking, you will be charged a £3 booking fee per person, this will be deducted from the price of your finished piece. You will not be refunded if you do not show up at your allocated time, or if you decide not to paint/finish your piece. If you are booking for your party, but are not paying for all of their finished pieces, please be aware only 1 x £3 booking fee will be removed from each piece (i.e. if you book a table of 4, and pay all £12 of the booking fee, you will only get £3 deducted from your piece, and the other 3 in your party will get £3 deducted from theirs – so you will need to recover the other £9 from your party, yourself).
Food & Drink
Pottery painting isn’t complete without a coffee and a slice of cake (in our opinion!), which is why we’ve selected venues that have great selections of food and beverages to purchase. We therefore kindly remind you that you cannot bring/consume your own.
Cancellation
If for any reason the event is cancelled, you will be refunded your booking fee via the same method you paid for it originally.
Collection
Once you’ve paid for your piece(s) you will receive a card that details when and where to collect your piece. The collection window is a week long, and is subject to the venues opening hours. Any items not collected during this time will be removed from that location and alternative arrangements must be made directly with Yor Pot, which may include additional costs. If you know you’ll not be able to collect during the specific window in advance, please inform us ASAP, and we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements with you.
Delivery
Delivery of your piece is charged at an additional £3.50 (for the first piece, 50p extra per item after that).
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your piece gets damaged whilst in our care, you will be refunded for it, and receive 10% off your next booking.
